  1. The winner will be the person in first place on the leaderboard at 12PM on 30th June 2022.

  2. Existing clients are not eligable for the prize.

  3. The winner will be notified by email. After the first notification there will be a 7 calendar day window for the winner to confirm they are claiming the prize.

  4. A second email notification will be sent out at least 7 calendar days after the first notification as a final chaser.

  5. If no communication is forthcoming from the winner within 7 calendar days of the second notification, the prize will be forfeited.

  6. Only registered business emails are eligible to win the prize.

  7. The winner will receive $5000* (excl gst) worth of marketing services from Pounce to be used by 31st July 2022.

  8. Any tax liability arising from receipt of a prize by an employee or organisation will be the responsibility of the recipient.
